Integrated Community Services Centre
W.A.Y. serves as an integrated support centre providing services customised to varied community requirements. From newcomers requiring settlement guidance to youth pursuing career direction or families navigating housing barriers, our centre delivers coordinated and holistic assistance.
Operating as a Community Services Centre in Caledon, Community Services Centre in Mississauga, Community Services Centre in Oakville, Community Services Centre in Burlington, and Community Services Centre in Halton Hills, we guarantee dependable, high-standard support throughout each region. Newcomer and Immigrant Support
Supporting newcomers throughout every region we serve remains at the heart of our mission. As a dedicated newcomer centre operating as a centre for immigrant and community services, we understand the complexities individuals face when settling into a new country.
Our services include language assistance, cultural orientation sessions, settlement counselling, and help accessing vital community resources. We aim to facilitate smooth transitions, confident integration, and durable foundations for future success. With tailored case support and community linkages, participants receive clarity, assurance, and actionable guidance during pivotal transitions.
Employment and Skills Development
Building sustainable careers begins with confidence, training, and opportunity. Our employment counselling services help individuals identify strengths, clarify career goals, and develop professional skills aligned with labour market needs.
Our programmes include employability training, essential life skills education, interview coaching, and structured mentoring. Through direct links to employment prospects and structured skill development, we foster sustainable financial independence.
